Jay Walton Automotive

I wish I would have taken my truck to Jay Walton right after the accident in Jan 2024, but I took it two other places that tried to rip me off and had the worst experience of my life! They and the other driver's insurance company totaled my truck and even tried to convince me that my truck's frame was bent! And after 7 months dealing with those 2 other companies and giving them almost $10,000 my truck still wasn't fixed! A co-worker told me about Jay Walton and promised me they would take care of me and my truck.....and Jay Walton to the rescue! Even though they were given a truck that was missing the entire front end, they were brave and knowledgeable to take on the challenge…

I was quoted a much longer time to have the work take and higher price than what was the final. While this isn’t always the case, it was a great surprise to get a call a week earlier and find out that the costs were lower!! To me, that means they are honest with their work and didn’t try to pull anything shady like a lesser company could have without me knowing. I don’t know anything about cars and don’t pretend to, so having them be honest is everything. I appreciate all Ryan and everyone at Jay Walton’s did for me. We’ll definitely continue to take our vehicles here for any other body work in the future. Great work and even better customer care.

All I can say is they must be great or i wouldn't take both of my vehicles to Jay Walton Automotive and one is a Mercedes E 350 convertible. Good and friendly people, good service, and fair cost. They keep you informed and never have any hidden costs. They go over all work done when presenting you with the service bill. You will walk away with a smile and satisfaction especially when you get into your shiny clean smoith running vehicle. Yes I definitely recommend Jay Walton Automotive.

Outstanding Costumer Care. Workmanship is spot on and then some. Will not go any place else. Front hood and bumper smashed including both front quarter panels and light. Beautiful work.
