The appraisal was well done by a knowledgable young man. The work was excellent with no gripes what-so-ever. The customer service... Well, I felt like they couldn't wait to get rid of me every time I was in there. Now if I could just get the missing parts and have them installed....

Had to take my Range Rover in for repairs after it was hit in a collision. I wish I could give this company 100 stars! The staff were very attentive and kind. The work was quick and efficient! I cannot recommend this place enough! The shop kept me informed throughout the entire process and my vehicle was ready 4 days early. Thank you Crash Champions!!!

The workmanship was great they did a good job on repairs. My pickup was washed and clean. All front staff were friendly and helpful. But Their estimator was not helpful and constantly ignore me never willing to help on addressing the estimate. I recommend them for workmanship and quality of work I gave them four star because of estimator.

Dropped my car off after someone bumped into my rear door. Damage was minimal but their insurance got involved and covered the fix. A bit of a mistake to bring my vehicle here though.
