The appraisal was well done by a knowledgable young man. The work was excellent with no gripes what-so-ever. The customer service... Well, I felt like they couldn't wait to get rid of me every time I was in there. Now if I could just get the missing parts and have them installed....

Had to take my Range Rover in for repairs after it was hit in a collision. I wish I could give this company 100 stars! The staff were very attentive and kind. The work was quick and efficient! I cannot recommend this place enough! The shop kept me informed throughout the entire process and my vehicle was ready 4 days early. Thank you Crash Champions!!!

The workmanship was great they did a good job on repairs. My pickup was washed and clean. All front staff were friendly and helpful. But Their estimator was not helpful and constantly ignore me never willing to help on addressing the estimate. I recommend them for workmanship and quality of work I gave them four star because of estimator.

Dropped my car off after someone bumped into my rear door. Damage was minimal but their insurance got involved and covered the fix. A bit of a mistake to bring my vehicle here though. The damage was fixed but they gave it back with some sight buffer marks on it still. They also left even more marks and dirt/compound inside the car and gave it back to me as if it was acceptable. I asked if this is how they give everyone's car back and then asked them if they could clean it up. They took 30 extra minutes and attempted to clean it but I still got it back very dirty. Where can I start. I took my 2024 Toyota Tundra 1794 Limited edition for Body Work/ Paint, and to replace the rear deferential after my significant other side swiped a concrete pole picking up our kids from school. They initially kept the viechle for around 3 to 4 months.. fast forward to when the viechle was ready. It was pick up day upon the walk around there were some minor issues that needed to be addressed such as a chip in paint where the repair had been done and some minor scratches on the side mirror housing.
